Directors Caroline Laskow (OVO theatre director and filmmaker) and Mary Wigmore (OVO member, actress and filmmaker) have created a moving documentary on Ashtanga yoga. The film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2003, has been broadcast on Discovery FitTV and LimeTV, and is available on DVD (distributed by First Run Features).
